Automatic & Sliding Door System
  1. Warranty Coverage

    The Automatic & Sliding Door System is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation or handover, whichever is earlier.

  2. Scope of Warranty

    This warranty covers:

    • Motor and control panel defects due to manufacturing faults
    • Gearbox defects (if applicable)
    • Mechanical component failure under normal usage conditions
  3. Exclusions from Warranty

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear (rollers, belt, brushes, rubber seals, etc.)
    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, vandalism, or improper operation
    • Damage due to power surge, electrical faults, or external wiring issues
    • Add-on accessories such as push buttons, sensors, wave buttons, remote controls, or any third-party devices (unless otherwise stated in writing)
    • Unauthorized modification, tampering, or repair by third parties
    • Misalignment or damage caused by building structural movement
    • Glass breakage
  4. Service Response Time

    All warranty service calls will be attended within 48–72 working hours upon receipt of notification. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (excluding public holidays).

  5. Preventive Maintenance Requirement

    Warranty remains valid provided the system is properly maintained. Failure to carry out recommended periodic maintenance may void the warranty.

  6. Spare Parts Replacement
    • Defective parts replaced under warranty shall remain the property of the Company.
    • Replacement parts carry the balance of the original warranty period only.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or failure of the system.

  8. Transportation & Accessibility

    Warranty does not cover additional costs incurred due to restricted site access, scaffolding, skylift rental, or special lifting equipment.

High Speed Door System
  1. Warranty Coverage

    The High Speed Door System is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of installation or handover, whichever is earlier.

  2. Scope of Warranty

    This warranty covers defects under normal operating conditions for:

    • Motor and control panel
    • Gearbox system
    • Inverter / control board
    • Safety photocell sensor (if supplied by us)
    • Internal mechanical components
  3. Exclusions from Warranty

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear (including structural frame, PVC curtain, zipper, bottom bar, brushes, rubber seals, belt, etc.)
    • Damage caused by forklift impact, collision, or improper operation
    • Torn or damaged PVC curtain due to misuse or external force
    • Damage caused by power surge, unstable power supply, or external electrical wiring faults
    • Unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering by third parties
    • Damage due to negligence, accident, vandalism, or natural disasters
    • Misalignment caused by building structural movement
    • Add-on accessories not supplied by our company
